Full Frontal Naked Pictures of You The Transportation Security Agency (TSA) will be installing a new type of X Ray machine at Philadelphia Airport some time in the near future. It is called the backscatter & if you walk in dressed like this:
it takes an image of you like this.
The operator can save images to the hard drive and can zoom onto selected parts of your body. As technology improves, unless there is a public outcry, the government will install these machines in other locations like malls & stadiums & they will become generally widespread. The 4th Amendment says "the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures...shall not be violated." This unauthorized search is contrary to the 4th Amendment.
